The Turkish Ice Skating Federation Synchronized Ice Skating Women’s National Team performed a magnificent show in an event on the ice-covered Çıldır Lake.
The event began with the Caucasian Folk Dance team’s show, followed by the spectacular performances of ice skaters in groups and individually, and then a race was held on horse-drawn sleighs, one of the symbols of the lake.
Lake Van in eastern Türkiye offered a stunning view as the evening sun turned the sky crimson, with shades of orange and red reflecting across its clear waters. Residents along the shore captured the postcard-like scenes on their phones, calling the sunset “a different picture every evening.” The lake, a symbol of the region’s natural beauty, drew admiration for its breathtaking display.
