Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the city of Morbi, in the state of Gujarat, where a century old bridge collapsed, killing dozens of people. Modi held a high-level meeting with the authorities. Stating that a “detailed and comprehensive” investigation is needed regarding the bridge disaster, Modi visited the injured survivors of the disaster at the hospital.

Palestinians who were not allowed to the mosque by the Israeli forces performed Friday prayers around the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Israel only allows men over the age of 55, women over the age of 50, and children under the age of 12 to enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
