Russian President Putin highlighted Iran’s successful membership process and expressed support for Belarus’s accession. Kazakhstan’s President Tokayev emphasized the need for economic projects under the SCO’s auspices, while Uzbekistan’s President Mirziyoyev stressed constructive dialogue and mutual respect. Chinese President Xi called for practical cooperation and peace in the region. The summit concluded with the acceptance of the New Delhi declaration and decisions on combating terrorism, digital transformation, and decarbonization.
