The Iranian Armed Forces and the Revolutionary Guards Army launched “Zulfiqar 1401,” a military exercise in the Persian Gulf involving land, air, and naval forces. According to the exercise’s spokesperson, Ali Reza Sheikh, the military exercise began last night with a landing on the Makran coast of the Persian Gulf.

Ali Reza Sheikh stated that the Iranian Navy conducted a defense exercise against enemy attacks in the Strait of Hormuz, using unmanned aerial vehicles, warplanes, helicopters, military transport planes, submarines, as well as commandos and airborne troops.
