Iran launched a ballistic missile attack using fragmentation projectiles on northern Israel, causing material damage but no fatalities. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the strike, which primarily impacted the Nesher suburb of Haifa in the latest wave of retaliatory attacks.
The Magen David Adom ambulance service dispatched emergency teams to the affected area. Medical personnel reported treating one person for a minor shrapnel injury and another for severe shock. Amateur video footage from the scene showed projectile fragments scattered across the residential neighborhood and the resulting structural damage.
