The Israeli army carried out an airstrike on Dahiyeh, a Hezbollah stronghold south of the Lebanese capital Beirut, at night.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that 55 people were killed and 156 injured in the Israeli attacks on Tuesday.
The Disaster Risk Management Unit of the Lebanese government reported that 1,873 people have been killed, 9,134 people have been injured and over a million people have been displaced in the attacks carried out by Israel in the country since October 8, 2023.
