The Israeli army struck a seven-story building in the Nusairat Refugee Camp in the center of the Gaza Strip. Local sources reported that the Israeli army issued a warning to evacuate the building before the attack. There were no casualties but some people were injured as the debris of the collapsed building scattered around.
Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip have been ongoing for 326 days.
Syrian President Ahmed al-Shara visited the International Monetary Fund (IMF) headquarters in Washington during his talks with US President Donald Trump. He was welcomed by IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva.
Georgieva said on social media, “It was a privilege to host President Al-Shara at the IMF. We discussed the economic transformation Syrians need and deserve, and I reiterated the IMF’s readiness to assist through technical support to key institutions.”
