Israeli warplanes hit Hezbollah’s “strategic infrastructure and weapons facilities” in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley, according to the IDF. Additional strikes targeted Hezbollah infrastructure in Al-Zarariya and a motorcycle in Tyre, killing one person, Lebanon’s Health Ministry said.
The attacks came ahead of French envoy Jean-Yves Le Drian’s visit to Beirut. Last week, an Israeli strike in eastern Lebanon killed five. Despite a ceasefire deal reached in November 2024, Israel continues operations against Hezbollah across Lebanon.
