Israel Strikes Lebanon Despite Ceasefire

Israel carried out airstrikes in southern and eastern Lebanon, violating a ceasefire agreed in November 2024, Lebanese media reported. The strikes hit towns in the Bekaa Valley and southern Lebanon after Israeli warnings to evacuate, citing targets linked to Hezbollah and Hamas. No casualties were reported, but material damage was recorded. Lebanon’s Health Ministry said more than 350 people have been killed in Israeli strikes since the ceasefire took effect.
