Israel launched 12 airstrikes on Beirut, focusing on financial institutions linked to Hezbollah. Separately, Israel announced it had shot down a UAV from Iraq near the Jordan Valley, following a claim by the Islamic Resistance Organization in Iraq that it had launched the drone towards the Golan Heights.
