The Israeli army announced that they hit over 140 targets in various locations in Lebanon, including the capital Beirut, since night.
“The targets attacked include Hezbollah’s launch pads, strategic weapons, weapons production facilities and other military infrastructure, some of which are located under residential buildings in the Beirut area. The army continues to attack Hezbollah’s military capabilities and infrastructure in Lebanon,” Israeli officials said.
Local sources in Lebanon confirmed that the Israeli army’s airstrikes on the south of Beirut, known as Hezbollah’s stronghold, are continuing and said that smoke is rising from the area.
