The Israeli army has targeted Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon, as announced by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). These strikes were in response to recent attacks in northern Israel. Additionally, it was revealed that residents of Kiryat Shmona, a city on the Lebanese border in northern Israel, will be evacuated. Given the ongoing tension, most of the city’s approximately 22,000 residents had already left the area.
The death toll from Russia’s overnight missile and UAV attacks on Kyiv has risen to six, Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed. Thirty-five people were injured as Russian forces targeted energy sites, civilian infrastructure, and residential areas.
