The United Palestine National Committee and the pro-Palestinian Berliners raise continue protesting Israeli attacks almost every Saturday in different parts of Berlin, Germany, to draw attention to the humanitarian tragedy in Palestine. In yesterday’s protest, the crowd marched with slogans such as “Stop the war, stop sales to Israel”, “Wake up Germany, our children are dying,” after singing the Palestinian anthem in Insbrückerplatz Square. Police detained some demonstrators.

“Israel, with the support of the USA and Germany, is massacring civilians. Although politicians declared that there would be no arms sales to war zones, Germany’s arms sales to Israel have increased 10-fold in recent months,” the speaker said.
