An Israeli soldier opened fire on a 22-year-old Palestinian, Ammar Mefleh, at close range in the town of Al-Huwwara in Nablus, killing him on the ground.
According to the Israeli media, the soldier opened fire on the 22-year-old man as he allegedly stabbed two Israeli soldiers, which slightly injured them.
Countries in the Ukraine Defense Contact Group have committed over €21 billion in new military aid, British Defense Secretary John Healey announced after a meeting in Brussels co-chaired by Germany and the UK.
