Israeli soldiers raided the El Far’a Refugee Camp in the southwest of the West Bank city of Tubas in the morning. The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported that 6 Palestinians were killed and many others were injured in the raid, against which Palestinians reacted.
According to the Palestinian Red Crescent, Israeli soldiers blocked the Red Crescent ambulances and prevented them from reaching the injured.
At least 18 people were injured when two passenger trains collided on a suburban line between Slovakia’s capital, Bratislava, and the nearby town of Pezinok. The injured were taken to four hospitals under Bratislava University Hospital.
Authorities said the cause of the crash remains under investigation, and Slovak Railways has launched an inquiry. The incident follows another train accident in eastern Slovakia last month that injured 20 people.
