The rocket launched from Starbase in Texas, placing eight Starlink satellites into orbit and reigniting its Raptor engine in space.
The Super Heavy booster landed in the Gulf of Mexico, while Starship itself splashed down in the Indian Ocean about an hour later.
This marks the first fully successful test after three failed attempts, strengthening Starship’s role in future missions to Earth’s orbit, the Moon, and Mars.
