Israeli Strikes Kill 10 in Lebanon

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) launched extensive airstrikes in Lebanon’s Bekaa region, killing 10 people and injuring 29, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health. The attacks targeted towns in southern and eastern Lebanon, including Maaysrah, Ayn Qana, and Joun. Tensions between Israel and Hezbollah have continued despite efforts to de-escalate. Meanwhile, Hezbollah fired 40 rockets into northern Israel, damaging one house in Safed. The IDF intercepted some of the rockets but the situation remains volatile.
