Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, addressing the public in Tehran, attributed the Syrian crisis to a joint plan by the United States and Israel. He claimed neighboring countries played a role but emphasized, “The real conspirators are the US and the Zionist regime, with undeniable evidence supporting this.”
Khamenei dismissed attempts to weaken the resistance front, stating it is an enduring belief strengthened by oppression. He asserted, “Resistance will grow and encompass the region, ensuring Iran remains strong.”
He predicted the eventual expulsion of US forces and liberation of occupied Syrian regions, emphasizing the resolve of Syrian youth.
Khamenei urged vigilance, warning against underestimating enemies or trusting their intentions, citing delayed responses to intelligence warnings as a key lesson from Syria.
