Denis Karachevtsev, a cellist, performed the cello in front of the buildings in Kharkiv that had been destroyed by Russian bombardment, asking for support for the aid campaign he had initiated to repair the damaged structures.

Karachevtsev shared the footage of him playing his cello on his social media accounts, saying, “Hello. My name is Denis Karachevtsev. I am a cellist from Kharkiv. I love my city, which is trying to survive the war. I believe we can help. After the war is over, we will rebuild our city and country. I am launching my own campaign for those in need of humanitarian aid and the rebuilding of architecture. Together we will build our city,” he said.
