A kite festival was held in the Ceylanpınar district of Şanlıurfa, next to the border with the northern Syrian region freed from terrorism. The festival, which was first held three years ago, attracted more than a thousand people this year. Colorful kites adorned the sky along the border during and children were given a variety of gifts.
