Korugöl, which spreads over an area of approximately 5 hectares in Duzce province and is covered in beech, oak and hornbeam trees, has become a popular destination for nature lovers, especially the ones who enjoy picnics.
“I came here from Mersin because I was attending summer school at Düzce University. We decided to spend time here with my friends due to the increasing temperatures in the center. This place is very beautiful and offers an environment where you can be in touch with nature. We brought our camping chairs. This is a quiet and peaceful place where we can chat away from the stress of phones and classes,” said Petek Nur Yenice.
