The Kyrgyz rescue team returned to their country after participating in the search and rescue efforts carried out after the earthquakes in Türkiye. After airport staff and passengers in the airport in Türkiye bid farewell to the Kyrgyz team with applause, the team was greeted by the Minister of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan, Boobek Acikeyev and Turkish Ambassador to Bishkek Ahmet Sadik Doğan with a welcoming ceremony in Kyrgyzstan.
During their 13-day participation, the team, consisting of 167 personnel had rescued a total of 8 people from rubble in Hatay and Kahramanmaraş.
