Six people were killed in the landslide that occurred in Madagascar’s capital city, Antananarivo, as a result of vehicles in the parking lot collapsing into the settlement, and one gone missing. The majority of the homes in the area were destroyed. Captain Ralimbison of the local fire department announced that search and rescue efforts for a person believed to be under the rubble are still ongoing.
