Little Amal arrives in Britain

The 3.5-meter-tall puppet of a young Syrian refugee ‘Little Amal’ arrived in Britain. Amal has completed an 8.000-kilometer tour across Europe from Turkey to the United Kingdom to raise awareness about the plight of young refugees. Famous actor Jude Law welcomed the puppet at Folkestone beach. A 10th birthday celebration will be held at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London on October 24 for Amal, which will end its journey on November 3 in Manchester, in the northwest of the country.
