While rescue teams continue working in the regions jolted by the massive earthquake in Türkiye, a little girl was rescued at the 150th hour. The girl was admitted to the hospital and is said to be in good health.
Health Minister Fahrettin Koca shared the images of the girl with the note, “There is always hope.”
Standing at nearly 60 meters, Gümüşkanat Waterfall in Bitlis’ Mutki district is among Türkiye’s tallest and most scenic waterfalls. Located near Gümüşkanat village, 25 km from the district center, the waterfall flows year-round, even in summer.
Visitors like Yaprak Yeşim Doğan from Mersin praised the natural beauty, saying they were “amazed” by the view. Nature enthusiasts called for the site to be promoted for tourism.
