A resident of Kemerkaya Village in Turkey’s Erzurum came across to an 8,885 kg mushroom as he rumbles around the slopes of the village.
“When I first saw the mushroom, I thought it was a winter squash and as I get closer, I realized that it is a mushroom. It’s around 9 kilograms. I found it in the mountains of Kemerkaya village of Oltu. I was very surprised. I would have made dessert if it was a chestnut, but I was sad to see that it is a mushroom and an inedible mushroom” said Beycan Onat, the villager.
