As the temperature in Antalya, Turkish tourist city, reached 40 degree yesterday, locals and foreigners rushed to the beaches and forested areas. While many chose to cool off in the cold waters of the Mediterranean, others preferred having picnic in the shade.
“It is more muggy here than in Isparta. Our children felt bad because of the humidity and we immediately rushed to the sea. We don’t feel the heat in the water,” said a domestic tourist.
