In the western Ukrainian city of Lviv, security measures have been taken to prevent possible Russian attacks. Checkpoints are being strengthened and their numbers are being increased in the city, where signposts were closed in recent days. Checkpoints were set up at various locations throughout the city, in addition to the usual locations at the city’s entrances. The points where many iron barriers were placed on the roads were also dug trenches and strengthened with sandbags to stop tanks and armored vehicles in possible attacks.
