French President Emmanuel Macron was stranded in New York after attending a UN conference when police halted his car for US President Donald Trump’s motorcade. Told that “everything is closed,” Macron humorously called Trump, saying, “Guess what? I’m waiting on the street right now because everything is closed for you.” He later walked to the French Embassy.
