A young woman who could not have a contact with his young brother that lives alone in the Körfez district of Kocaeli in Turkey arranged a locksmith to open the door of his home. The locksmith failed to open it, so the woman reported the situation to fire brigade to enter the home and search for her brother. While firefighters were preparing to enter the home, the young man came out as alive as he heard the loud noise of firefighters’ effort, and opened the door.

At the 51st G7 Summit in Canada, leaders issued a joint statement calling for de-escalation in the Middle East. The G7 reaffirmed Israel’s right to self-defense and emphasized their support for its security. The statement labeled Iran as the main source of regional instability and terrorism, and reiterated that Iran must not acquire nuclear weapons. It also called for a resolution to the crisis that includes a ceasefire in Gaza and noted that G7 countries are monitoring energy markets and ready to act to maintain stability.
