Man Shoots Neighbor to Death in Costa Rica

An argument between two neighboring couples in the Central American country of Costa Rica ended in brutality. Following the dispute over a shared water valve turning to a physical fight between the two husbands, Eduardo Ramirez Zamora, one of them, shot the other husband, Otoniel Orozco Mendoza, with the pistol he carried in his pocket, claiming his life with 9 bullets. He was arrested after the incident.
