A mass olive oil tasting record attempt was made during the 6th Didim Olive Festival held at the Apollon Temple in the Didim district of Aydın province of Türkiye. About 3,000 attendees simultaneously drank the small olive oil bottle given to them.
As part of the festival, locally produced olives, olive oil, olive oil soaps and other olive-related products are offered for sale. In addition, participants have the opportunity to participate in events such as folk dance performances, olive oil cooking competitions and seminars on olives and olive oil.
