In Adıyaman, Türkiye, following earthquakes on February 6, a significant housing project is underway. It includes the construction of over 82,000 independent units, such as residences, village houses, and commercial properties. Currently, 3,034 houses are being constructed in the Örenli District. These new homes are eagerly anticipated and are part of a joint effort involving the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, along with Housing Development Administration of the Republic of Türkiye (TOKİ).
The residential units consist mainly of 3-bedroom apartments with generous living spaces. Construction is progressing smoothly, with a plan to deliver the first 31 blocks by December. Overall, the initiative has received positive feedback, and the new houses are highly regarded by those who will soon call them home.
