An evacuation order was issued for nearly 36 thousand people while the struggle to control the massive fires in the Canadian province of British Columbia continues. Jerrad Schroeder, Deputy Director of the Kamloops Fire Brigade Fire Department, stated that the air is still critically dry and said, “We have difficult days ahead.”
According to the Canadian Inter-Agency Forest Fire Center (CIFFC), the country is fighting against flames at 1,045 points across the country.
