Explosions continue at Popocatepetl Volcano in Mexico. According to the daily report published by Mexico’s National Center for Disaster Prevention (CENAPRED), in addition to 2 eruptions in the last 24 hours, 92 smoke and ash eruptions have occurred in Popocatepetl Volcano. It has been reported that the ash coming out of the volcano and mixed into the air is moving towards the southeast direction with the effect of the wind. Citizens living in the state of Puebla were advised to take precautions against ashfall and mudflows that may occur with rain, which can be harmful to health.
