A truck carrying food overturned in a road accident in the Mexican state of Veracruz. The driver died, and 2 others were injured. People nearby the accident looted the scattered food on the road, paying no attention to the deceased truck driver. Two injured were transferred to a hospital by ambulance, while Mexican state soldiers provided security on the scene.
