Moment Unlicensed Teen Driver Hits Woman in Istanbul

A 14-year-old unlicensed driver lost control of a vehicle in Tuzla, crashing into a woman sitting outside her workplace. The victim, Meral Bilgin Kaydan, was trapped under the car for 1.5 hours before being rescued and taken to the hospital with fractures and bruises.

Kaydan described the terrifying moment, saying, “I heard a noise, and before I knew it, I was under the car. I had no chance to escape.” The teen driver was briefly detained and later released. Authorities are continuing their investigation.
