Monsoon rains have claimed 17 lives in Pakistan, with flash floods hitting Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces. Russian forces launched more than 500 drones and missiles across Ukraine, hitting infrastructure in 14 locations and injuring five people, including four railway workers. Ukraine’s rail operator reported major delays after facilities in the Kirovohrad region were damaged.
