Staff at the Moscow Zoo located in Russia, prepared New Year gifts for 2 pandas named “Ru Yi” and “Ding Ding” to celebrate the Chinese New Year, known as “Year of the Tiger”. In the zoo, large cardboard tiger toys with vegetables and fruits inside, as well as spruce and fir trees decorated with ice candies were placed in the pandas’ garden. On the other hand, the 2 pandas had arrived in Moscow from China’s Sichuan Province in 2019. They will stay there for a 15-year scientific program.

The plan includes advanced defense technologies, drone systems, cyber capabilities, and stronger participation from the Greek defense industry.
Mitsotakis stressed that these investments are essential for national sovereignty and security, citing global conflicts from Ukraine to the Middle East. He noted that Greece had to rapidly rebuild its military since 2019 and highlighted defense agreements with France, including the purchase of Rafale jets and Belharra frigates.
