To celebrate Museums Week, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism has announced a 50 percent discount for Turkish citizens at the Hagia Sophia History and Experience Museum and the Ephesus Experience Museum. From May 18 to 26, local visitors can enjoy these cultural sites at half price.
The Hagia Sophia History and Experience Museum in Istanbul will extend its hours on May 18, remaining open until 21:00. The Ephesus Experience Museum in Izmir’s Selçuk district will be open daily from 08:00 to 23:30 throughout the discount period. This special offer aims to encourage more local visitors to explore and appreciate Türkiye’s rich history and heritage.
