After completing their pilgrimage in Mecca, pilgrims travel to Medina to pray at Masjid al-Nabawi and visit the Prophet Muhammad’s (peace be upon him) tomb. They can visit the sacred ar-Rawda al-Mutahhara once daily by appointment via the Nusuk app. Hajj visa holders are limited to one visit, while others seek alternative ways to enter. Each group gets 15 minutes for prayer in this revered area. Due to high demand, appointments can be scarce. Religious officials and guides assist in managing the flow of visitors, ensuring smooth access.
