Turkish 2024 World Masters Figure Skating Champion Naz Arıcı and the championship’s 3rd place finisher Elif Sırma Özel performed a “liberation dance” on the frozen Lake Çıldır as part of the 104th anniversary events of Ardahan’s liberation from occupation.
