A new case has been filed against Sean Combs, nicknamed “Diddy,” one of the leading names in the music world, who has been held in the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York since September 16 on charges of “bribery, sex trafficking, forced labor, arson, blackmail, kidnapping, and drug possession” over a rape incident that allegedly took place in 2012.
John Doe, the person who filed the lawsuit, stated that Diddy gave him alcohol containing drugs and raped him in a New York nightclub in 2012 when he was 17. Doe added that he “lost consciousness and control of his body” after drinking the alcohol.
“The truth will come out in court. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or child,” stated Combs’ lawyer following the accusations.
The trials against the US rapper will begin on May 5, 2025.
