Following the presidential election held in Venezuela yesterday, incumbent president Nicolas Maduro was re-elected as the country’s leader with 51.2 percent of the votes, 7 points more than the main opposition leader Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia.
Nicolas Maduro, president of United Socialist Party of Venezuela, will run the country for the third time.
