An injured woman who got stuck in her car after a crash was rescued from her burning vehicle by a police officer in the town of Meridian in the US state of Oklahoma. The woman could not hold back her tears after the officer rescued her by breaking the window of her car’s jammed door. An ambulance was immediately requested for the woman.

Oklahoma County Sheriff Tommie Johnson called Matthew Yerby a hero for saving the woman without hesitation.
