A fire broke out yesterday evening at around 9:30 pm in a furniture store on the ground floor of a residential building in the Varlık Neighborhood of the Muratpaşa district of Antalya, Türkiye. Authorities said that 1 person died of poisoning and 2 people were injured.

The flames, which were extinguished by the fire department after a long time, caused great damage to the apartments above and another workplace next to it.

Homicide Bureau teams have launched a large-scale investigation into the possibility of arson.
