On the 76th anniversary of Nakba, symbolizing the displacement and hardships faced by Palestinians since Israel’s establishment in 1948, Palestinian communities witnessed renewed Israeli attacks. Demonstrations were held in Hebron and Bethlehem in the West Bank, where children and adults  demanded an end to occupation and conflict. The protests featured chants condemning ongoing violence and commemorated the historical tragedies inflicted upon Palestinians.

Amjad Al-Najjar, representing the Palestinian Prisoners Association, highlighted the ongoing struggle against occupation forces and the historical context of Nakba, emphasizing the need for global attention to Palestinian rights.
