A parachute jump at the “5th Skydiving Fest-Parachute Days” event held at Sivrihisar International Sports Aviation Center Necati Artan Facilities on July 6 in Sivrihisar, Eskişehir, ended badly. The 44-year-old parachutist, who jumped from a plane and began gliding with his parachute, lost its equipment’s control, quickly lost altitude, and made a hard landing. He was quickly taken to a hospital after receiving first aid and survived the accident with fractures in his ankle.
