Parachutist Mehmet Bolat flew with his paramotor over the historical city of Amasaya, which is on the UNESCO world heritage tentative list, and Yeşilırmak during his vacation for the Eid-al-Adha holiday. Floating in the air for more than an hour, Bolat celebrated the holiday of the people of Amasya, which is also his hometown, with the banner he prepared.
“I wanted to celebrate the holiday of my compatriots in this way. Amasya is very suitable for paragliding. I think of this place as a second Oludeniz. I also fly abroad, but there is no place as beautiful as Amasya. You are flying over history. This is something else,” said Bolat.
