A passenger train collided with another passenger train in Ghotki city, Pakistan’s Punjab province. After the collision, the wagons of the two trains derailed and overturned. At least 35 people killed and 64 people were injured. Rescue teams who came to the scene took the injured people to hospital.
The cause of the fatal accident is not yet known.
